Services shall include the following: Prescriptions sent via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Drug Utilization Review (DUR). A drug database updated periodically (no less than monthly). Must be PC (Google Chrome or IE 11), iOS or Android capable. Maintain complete records of prescribed medications. Indicators of DOCCS Formulary Status. Electronic medication information/education including electronic PDR, etc. Monthly reports of system usage by user, including but not limited to: o Monthly counts of all prescriptions ordered. o Monthly counts of all EPCS prescriptions ordered. o Monthly login count. Fully HIPAA compliant – awarded vendor will be required to sign a Business Associate Agreement. Meaningful Use compliant. NYS Public Health Law Section 3302(37) compliant. Compliant with NYS Title 10 NYCRR Part 80 Rules and Regulations on Controlled Substances.
