1. Coordinate with LCLGRPB staff to develop a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) in accordance with LCBP standards. 2. Compile and synthesize existing research (particularly in relation to hemlock mortality modeling) and datasets, including previous assessments, Coalition work, and related geospatial data. 3. Evaluate existing mapping, HWA presence information, as well as ecological functions and impacts and conduct additional, targeted, field-based mapping as needed to supplement existing data . 4. Evaluate and recommend targeted management techniques, including chemical, biological, and silvicultural controls as appropriate for the different ownership types (state, other public, easementrestricted private, and unrestricted private)
