Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NFTA is seeking a qualified firm to provide consulting services related to NFTA’s need to replace an existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software that will be no longer supported by the developer. The project shall replace the current ERP and EAM software, by Hitachi Energy USA Inc. and Ellipse version 9.0.xx. Both the software hosting and administration is contracted out to a third party and serves approximately 200 active users. However, that number will grow with the adoption of a new system. Services include project management, ERP/EAM project staffing, developing and documenting existing and proposed functional and data workflows, Evaluation of new & existing requirements, ERP/EAM alternative assessment, SOW preparations/RFP specifications, independent cost estimates, technical support during the vender selection/procurement process and contract negotiations, and implementation monitoring & commissioning.
