The contractor agrees starting as of November 1, 2025, for work performed on or after November 1, 2025, to be compensated at the following rates for the following pieces of equipment that include an operator: a) $325.00/hr. Bulldozer b) $235.00/hr. Front End Loader c) $195.00/hr. Dump Truck d) $100.00/hr. Pickup e) $170.00/hr. Backhoe f) $325.00/hr. Excavator g) $100.00/hr. Skid Steer/Bobcat HOLIDAY PREMIUM: If a Contractor is approved to work on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day, each piece of equipment that is approved to work will receive a premium payment added to the approved rates above of $30.00/hr. 2) The contractor agrees he will not seek compensation for: a) Travel time b) Mobilization or Demobilization c) Hotel charges d) “Low Boy” or other type trailers e) Fuel f) Overtime g) On site out of service equipment
