a) This is a requirements contract f or the use of taxis and for hire vehicles with chauffeurs (also known as “liveries”, “limousines”, or “black cars”). Services under this Agreement shall include but not be limited to all events specif ied below. NOTE: All dates set forth herein are subject to modification, pursuant to amendment of the New York State Election law and related statutes, as well as any special elections called by the Governor of the State of New York or Mayor of the City of New York. Notice will be given to Contractor of such dates upon promulgation of the election calendar for said election. The period of service will cover 10 days bef ore each election.
