THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE ENTERING A NOT TO EXCEED DOLLAR AMOUNT OF $2200.00 AT THE TIME OF AWARD." The United States Army Garrison (USAG) at Fort Hamilton, New York has a requirement for Drug Testing Coordinator Services for the purpose of providing the Fort Hamilton Military Community with services required by AR 600-85. The objectives of the drug testing are to facilitate early identification of drug abuse and the deterrence of drug abuse. The services described in the Statement-of-Work (SOW) include administration and coordination of the Command Drug Testing program for military personnel assigned to units and the Department of the Army (DA) Drug Testing Program for DA civilians. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is the preferred contracting method of the United States Government.
