Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor is expected to conduct all driver diversion classes as scheduled by the District Attorneys office. b) It is anticipated that at least one (1), six (6) hour class per month will be scheduled. c) All classes will be held at the Steuben County Office Building, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, NY. d) Classes shall be conducted on Saturdays only with the dates set by the District Attorneys office. e) Any response to this request must detail how the contractor proposes to meet the scheduling requirements established by the District Attorneys office. f) All work associated with provision of driver diversion classes shall be conducted under the supervision of the Steuben County District Attorneys office.
