Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of following bid to provide Dorm Security at Stony Brook University. The contractor will be expected to have expert knowledge of all facilities. The contractor will provide all equipment and qualified personal to provide a safe environment for the residents. All work performed must be in accordance will all State, County regulations and must meet the high standards of Stony Brook University. It is imperative that the contractor have a staff available during normal business hours so that Stony Brook University can get in touch with the Contractor. An answering machine in the office is not acceptable. If the contractor does not have an adequate staff, they will be considered non-qualified.
