DOG CONTROL SERVICES: A. The Dog Control Service Contractor shall serve as the City’s Dog Control Officer and enforce the City of Auburn Dog Control Ordinance. B. The Dog Control Service Contractor shall comply with all requirements of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law, including all reporting requirements. C. The Dog Control Service Contractor shall house impounded dogs in a manner and duration as required by the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law during which period the dog may be redeemed by its owner. D. The Dog Control Service Contractor shall be available at all times of the day for call by the public and the City. KENNEL SERVICES: A. The Contractor shall provide a shelter for canines as defined by the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State of New York, including all reporting requirements. B. The Contractor will be reimbursed boarding fees as established by the City from the dog's owner for each day the dog was harbored.
