The Scope of Work is detailed below: 1) Provide design concepts/alternatives to ensure near 100% coverage of all city-controlled parking areas, stairwells, lobbies, entrances and exits, and pedestrian pathways immediately surrounding both garages and the train station. 2) Connection to existing monitoring station inside of New Roc Garage both and Train Station lobby security booth. a. Upgrades to security monitors should be included in scope. 3) City is seeking to replace DVR storage system with a cloud-based server system that can be accessed via website. 4) The City is requiring the use of non-proprietary technology. 5) Preparation and support of complete drawings and specifications for formal bidding. 6) Contract administration, project inspection and construction management as may be required.
