The required stormwater management services may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following tasks: waterbody identification/characterization, surface water classification, drainage area delineation/characterization, water quality and quantity assessments and stormwater management practice design; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation; and construction site inspections. The required water quality services may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following tasks: water sampling/monitoring; pollutant loading assessment/modeling; assessment of compliance with Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements; monitoring/modeling the effectiveness of constructed stormwater management practices; and evaluation of the impact of construction activities and project changes on surface waterbodies.
