Design Services A. Prepare 75%, 95% and 100% design plans, specifications and cost estimates for the following items: 1. Installing gutters and rerouting piping and installing a VESDA smoke detector system in Room 262A (Server Room); 2. Installing rubber flooring. The rubber flooring should extend out to the area indicated by the red rectangle (as shown on the attached “p. 95” (Drawing M102). at the 3rd floor - in the area noted on the attached “p. 95” (Drawing M102) in the Mechanical& Data Room Resilience Evaluation Report. 3. Sloping the west and east penthouse floors to ensure proper drainage 4. Sealing the west and east penthouse floors 5. Installing a trench drain at Room 262A (Server Room) B. The design, which shall be coordinated with RTS, shall meet the requirements of applicable NYS Executive Orders and Buildsmart 2025, including designing and constructing for carbon neutrality. The design shall include an analysis of the impact of the carbon neutrality requirement. C. When the plans and specifications have reached 95%, they are to be submitted to the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS) for review. Comments from NYSGOS shall be addressed by the vendor until approval from NYSOGS is granted to submit 100% documents. One bid package shall be prepared.
