Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Design Team shall be comprised of all planning and design disciplines necessary to deliver the final design for the Cafeteria / Servery and the Imaging Department. Documentation shall be developed utilizing REVIT building information modeling for all disciplines. These disciplines shall include, but not be limited to: - Architecture - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering - Structural Engineering - Medical & Medical Equipment Planning - Surgical Service Planning (ORs, PACU, support) - Food Service Planning - Interior Design - Furniture, Fixtures & Accessory Selection (including Artwork) - Graphic Design to include Signage & Wayfinding - Cost Estimating (including estimates for FF&A and Artwork) - Vibration Consultants - Information Technology (IT) Plans and specifications are to be fully coordinated among the disciplines. All equipment, furnishings, fixtures, accessories and artwork shall be identified and reviewed with the appropriate committees within the hospital for final approval. Sample boards shall be provided and color product sheets shall be submitted for all presentations. All material and artwork selection shall be in keeping with the standards and goals of the Hospital, and should include artwork from local / regional artists
