Provide all Landscape Architectural/Engineering (LA/E) services necessary to prepare the design and specifications, bidding documents, and construction inspection and administration for all portions of the Depew Park Renovation Project. The Consultant will be expected to undertake a complete analysis of any flooding or drainage that may need to be redirected or channeled to protect the improved facilities. The Consultant shall be associated with or retain an engineering firm to perform subsurface investigations, (e.g. permeability tests, soil borings, test pits, etc.) as required to assess the existing soil conditions and to develop the proper design solutions related to the findings. Engineering drawings for the various locations will need to be ADA compliant where pertinent.
