The City is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the software and services necessary to meet the City’s needs. The software should be “off the shelf” and be able to be installed and activated in a short time period. Part of this extraction should include the ability to profile the data to determine patterns and evaluate the best way to pull the data. Once extracted the data must be cleaned and transformed into a usable format. It should be able to parse, standardize and correct data, including but not limited, to names and addresses. The software should also be able to match and consolidate like data. The extracted data must be able to flow into the new ERP system easily and repeatedly as the City anticipates multiple conversions as part of the ERP project implementation.
