To facilitate the requirements, NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified providers for custody and securities lending services. The service functions required are: Safekeeping, Income Collection; Accurate and Timely Trade Settlement and Asset Custody; Collect information on all assets and all income pertaining to them; Certain Cash Management Services; Administer Voluntary and Involuntary Corporate Actions on Securities; Administer Class Actions; Provide Daily Pricing file; Technology/Systems Support; Securities Lending, including support of third-party & principal structures; Investment Performance Measurement and Analytics; Servicing for privately placed fixed income investments; Servicing for Investments in Syndicated (Bank) Loans; Portfolio Administration Services for Private Markets; and FINRA Rule 4210 Margin Requirement – Collateral Management Services (Note: This is only applicable once this rule becomes effective and subject to NYSIF’s Investment Department’s decision to start service). NYSIF is seeking a cost-effective custodial solution that provides access to high-quality technology, seamless delivery of custody services, and client service/support. The successful Bidder must demonstrate the ability to deploy automated solutions.
