The Town of North Elba is seeking proposals from qualified food service companies interested in leasing and operating the bar and restaurant facilities at Craig Wood Golf Course. This municipally owned golf course is situated in North Elba, New York. The term of the lease is one year with a two year extension pending successful completion of year one. 3. Scope of Services: The selected food service company will be responsible for: Operating the bar and restaurant during the golf season. 7 days/week in peak season. Operation of a concessions/beverage cart during tournaments and weekends. Providing high-quality food and beverage services. Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food service. Ability to obtain a NYS alcohol permit and operate under all regulations and guidelines of NYS. Use of bar and bar seating area, dining room, deck and adjacent grounds for banquets, receptions and parties procured by vendor and service to those procured by the Park District Office.
