The County of Westchester requires a continuous supply of vending machine products and services for use by County departments, general public and other governmental participants. It is the intent of the County to contract with a vendor for all the locations and machines listed in the attached documents for the stated term as well as a monthly license fee equal to a set revenue share percentage paid to the County. The successful proposer will be responsible for supplying all labor, material and machines per specifications. The successful proposer will also be responsible for the daily operations of all equipment, supplying all items for sale per specifications as well as maintenance and repair/replacement of all equipment as deemed necessary by the County. The successful proposer will also be responsible for recording all sales of products. The following specifications are intended to set a standard of performance and equipment required by the County. The intent is to receive the best products and service available for the County employees, general public and other governmental participants while providing the County with the highest license fees per the locations as specified.
