Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. The Contractor shall supply all necessary treatment chemicals, test equipment as required and test reagents for the systems to be treated at no additional cost to the University or Hospital. B. The Contractor shall provide direction and recommendation with regard to materials and clean and unclog any and all pipe scales, condenser coils, water strainers, sump and nozzles for each cooling tower as necessary. C. The Sr. Technical Representative shall perform the following services: 1. Provide all chemicals, equipment and reagents as necessary. 2. Collect water samples from all tested systems upon set schedule, perform appropriate chemical tests, make necessary feed and control adjustments, add stocked chemicals as required to the chemical feed tanks. Complete forms and checklists for the University and Hospital Representatives 3. Maintain on-site water treatment logs including all treatment adjustments made. 4. Provide monthly reports to the University and Hospital Representatives for all tests and treatment performed no later than the 10th day of the following month. Additionally, the contractor shall be capable of providing duplicate monthly condition reports in an electronic format for internal distribution at the University and Hospital upon request. 5. Notify University and Hospital Representatives of any problems. 6. Maintain all chemical feed equipment. 7. In the event any chemical feed pump or controller must be removed from a system for repair or replacement, the contractor shall furnish at no additional cost to the university or hospital, temporary loan of suitable replacement to assure continuity of treatment until repaired or replaced unit is installed. 8. Coordinate and schedule water treatment activities with the University and Hospital Representatives for the drain down, winterizing, cleaning, re-filling and disinfection of the water towers as specified. 9. Consult with the University and Hospital Representatives or designee on any questions or problems associated with the chemical treatment program. 10. Maintain updated MSDS at all chemical injection sites and master log
