he contractor duties include, but are not limited to trenching, sewer and water maintenance and installation, electrical conduit and conductor insnstallation, pump and appendage repair and installation, grading and excavation, road repair, and assisting the utilities department with emergensy repairs. The contractor will provide his own pavroll utilities department with emergency repairs. The contractor will provide his own payroll services and employee benefits plus liability, automotive, equipment and all other employee benefits plus liability, automotive, equipment and all other insurance coverages. The Village will be responsible for owner's general liability insurance on all job sites only. The contractor, will be available to work after hours and over the weekend for emergencies. For non-emergency work, the contractor will coordinate with Village personnel for scheduling desired work within a reasonable time although certain work can be scheduled to reflect the best time of year or seasonason for such work. The Village understands that scheduling is a mutual effort, however, it reserves the right to void the contract if, in its opinion, scheduling with contractor and contractor's response become an issue. Dump Truck This agreement will in no way preclude the contractor from bidding on any project the Village may offer through general bidding, or quotes solicited during the period of this remant agreement
