III. Scope of Work The selected provider will deliver a combination of direct training, coaching, and implementation support, including: 1. Relationship-Driven Culture Development • Facilitate training for staff on strategies to develop trust, respect, and rapport with students. • Model techniques for increasing student voice, connection, and sense of belonging. 2. Welcoming and Affirming Learning Environments • Guide educators in establishing inclusive classroom norms. • Offer strategies to ensure every student feels safe, respected, and seen 3. Classroom Systems for Self-Management • Support the design and implementation of predictable routines and procedures. • Reinforce practices that encourage student accountability and reduce disruptions. 4. Proactive Behavioral Supports • Provide teachers with tools for relational discipline and de-escalation. • Help staff respond to behavior in ways that preserve dignity and promote growth. 5. Recommendations & Follow-Up • Offer tools for sustainability and team-based reinforcement. • Provide written feedback and strategic next steps tailored to the district's goals.
