The Engineer shall provide leak detection services for the Investigation of approximately 400 points of interest provided by Asterra’s satellite scan. Additional leak detection services as directed by the Authority, in addition to the points of interest, shall be scheduled by the Authority on a as-needed basis for 2025 and 2026. 1.01 The Engineer shall oversee all work involved in this Project including, but not limited to: A. Leak detection investigations (Investigation/Pinpoint location of potential nonsurfacing leaks within the water distribution system based on points of interest identified by Asterra’s satellite scan completed in March 2024. B. Additional leak detection investigations as requested by the Authority.
