Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a conventional hangar and vehicle parking lot is available for public review at the Schenectady County Department of Engineering and Public Works,. The County of Schenectady is proposing the construction of a 75' x 276' (20,700SF) conventional hangar adjacent to the existing FBO Terminal. The proposed hangar will be 39' at the center and 27' at the corners. A vehicle parking lot with 97 parking spaces (a net gain of only 29 parking spaces) there will also be constructed adjacent to the building in the location of the existing parking lot and a maintained lawn. The hangar would be constructed privately, requiring no County funding, and would pro- vide additional revenue to the County Airport.
