The Amtrak NYC Penn Station Control Center (PSCC) Security Enhancements Project encompasses the provision of construction services, materials, equipment, labor, testing, and commissioning for the installation of a comprehensive video surveillance and access control system, as outlined in the 100% PE-stamped drawings and associated contract documents. The primary objective of this project is to strengthen security measures, enhance operational efficiency, and integrate advanced technologies across multiple levels and areas of the facility, including (but not limited to) floors, stairwells, rooftop spaces, entry points, corridors, and exterior perimeters.
