Provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency � Construction Phase Services for the Rehab Natural Science Building Phase 2 � Addition project at the State University of New York, Old Westbury. This Project is for an addition to, and subsequent renovation of, the Natural Sciences Biulding. Constructed in 1985 and encompasses 63,307 GSF, since its opening, the building has seen minimal renovation, and many architectural components and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are now outdated. This Project will construct a 2-story addition of 17,000 GSF on the west side of the existing Natural Sciences Building. The program includes four (4) new teaching labs for Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Organismic Biology, along with associated support spaces. Other areas include building support, collaboration workspace, and circulation.
