Once construction begins, the CM Consultantshall be accountable for the Project delivery during the Project’s Construction Phase and shall manage the Work in accordance with BEDC’s online Project delivery system, with the goal of ensuring that the Work is being performed in accordance with the construction contract documents. The CM Consultant shall understand the construction schedule, including recently completed work and upcoming planned work. The CM Consultant shall work closely and collaboratively with DEP and the Design Engineer to coordinate engineering information throughout the Construction Phase. The CM Consultant shall implement sound principals of construction management, including all CMP requirements. Construction phase services tasks are distributed into two groups: • Task 4.1 – Staffing Based Tasks: These tasks are generally anticipated to be performed by CM Consultant personnel working on this Project, primarily at the Project Site(s). • Task 4.2 – Deliverable Based Tasks: These tasks are anticipated to be performed by personnel not continuously at the Project Site(s) or relate to very specific deliverables.
