provide design and construction administration services for the Construct Lab Addition to Animal Health Diagnostic Center and Reno/Construct Partial Schurman Hall and Digester Supporting Facilities project at the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. This Project will construct an addition to the AHDC an which will be approximately 45,000 GSF, demolish and reconstruct an approximately 25,000 GSF portion of Schurman Hall and relocate some program functions from Schurman Hall into AHDC, and demolish and replace portions of the Waste Management Facility including the digester equipment. Additional utility connections and site work will be included. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code requirements. Design Services will proceed for the entire project.
