Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority seeks Consultant support for the ConnectALL initiative undertaken by the Digital Innovation & Transformation Office. The Authority’s goal is to ensure successful implementation of a Fiber-to-the-Home solution to assist the New York’s Chamber request to help address the rural broadband issues and digital divide in Upstate NY. The work will include developing and evaluating the program’s strategy, implementation plans and specifications, and audit planning and documentation and implement best practices, as well as advising the Authority on critical mission-relevant and policy issues. The selected firm(s) shall have diverse expertise in designing, procurement, project/construction management in the telecom sector.
