The Town of Clayton is soliciting bids for Cerow Recreation Park Arena for the operation of concession stand. The awarded bidder will rent the concession stand during the months of October through March. A contract will be required for each successful bidder. Bidders must meet the following requirements: • Bidders shall be fully insured and be able to produce a Certificate of Insurance to the Town of Clayton both at the time of award and at any later date during agreement upon the Town’s request. • Awarded bidder must provide a copy of NYS Food Handling Certificate from the NYS Health Department before operation. Concession stand hours of operation must be: • During all hockey games, tournaments, and figure skating shows. • Weekend Public skate, and all Rock N’ Skate events • Scheduled school vacations & holidays • Operator may schedule any additional hours of operation
