Seeking nonprofit organizations to manage and support daily activities and operations of 11 Community Partnerships (Partnerships), community coalitions made up of service organizations, community residents, and other stakeholders committed to improving the well-being of children and families through collective planning and action. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is open to nonprofit organizations that are deeply invested in their communities and committed to grassroots leadership and collaboration. ACS strongly encourages organizations of all sizes (especially those led by and serving people of color and other historically marginalized communities) to apply. The Contractor for each catchment would be responsible for building, diversifying, and sustaining the Partnership, supporting the leadership development of community members that serve as Community Ambassadors, and collaborating with Partnership members to achieve the strategies and program activities described in this RFP. ACS will provide contract oversight as well as technical assistance to help the Contractor, Partnership staff, and Partnership members understand ACS performance expectations and achieve high quality implementation.
