The Scope Of Work for the Communications Office Expansion shall include, but is not limited to, the following: 1.1.1. File Room Demolition and Preparation 1.1.1.1. Remove and dispose of existing filing system. 1.1.1.2. Demolish, remove and dispose of raised platform flooring. 1.1.1.3. Remove and dispose of all remaining VCT flooring. 1.1.1.4. Sublevel the floor needed for a smooth and even surface. 1.1.2. Wall Opening and Door Installation 1.1.2.1. Cut 37” x 81” opening in the cinder block wall between the file room and communication room. 1.1.2.2. Install two (2) L-shaped steel lintels, back-to-back, above the new opening for structural support. 1.1.2.3. Install existing single wood door and metal frame, with associated hardware, into new opening between file room and communications room. Door and frame removed from Communication room to be used in new opening.
