Bids are solicited for alternate Bids as follows: SINGLE FAMILY HOMES-ENTIRE TOWN OF CARMEL - Shall Consist of Single Family Homes, Single Family Homes with Accessory Apartments, Single Family Homes with Mother-Daughter Dwellings and Two Family Homes. Refuse, recyclable and bulk collections are to be made as hereinafter: One container, collected two times per week, once-per-week recycling pickup, two annual bulk pick-ups and one annual Christmas tree pick up. There are appropriately 9,943 (Nine thousand nine hundred forty three) Single Family Service Units CLUSTER/CONTAINER PICKUP–ENTIRE TOWN OF CARMEL Condos, Town House, Co-Op and other cluster, and Apartment Buildings (Three Family or Greater). Refuse and bulk collections are to be provided to all service units identified. Exhibit “A” is provided to identify central cluster collection points. Also included in Exhibit “A” is a list of all parcels identified as cluster collection. The area of collection is the entire Town of Carmel. There are appropriately 1,599 (One thousand five hundred ninety nine) Cluster Container Pickup Units. No additional specifications were given.
