HPD is seeking a contractor to conduct a Phase II workplan and Assessment prepared pursuant to ASTM E1903-19 standards for one HPD CoC HPD-funded supportive housing project, located in the Bronx. The Project address will be made available upon award. Phase II seeks to adequately identify/characterize the sub-slab soil vapor, indoor air, and outdoor air of the subject property, and to inform and disclose the measures necessary to avoid impacts from hazardous materials. HPD will submit the Phase II Work Plan and Health and Safety Plan (HASP) prepared under this RFP for DEP review and approval prior to the start of any recommended fieldwork. The contractor must provide a detailed status report following the completion of field activities and assessment compilation. The report will be submitted to HPD’s point person for the awarded contract.
