Provision of mentoring services on a day to day basis is a highly variable activity, responsive to the needs of the individuals and families being served. Some, non-exhaustive, examples of common mentoring activities include: 1. Assisting families to construct budgets, while teaching the skills necessary for self-sufficiency in this domain; 2. Assisting families to construct weekly meal plans, while teaching the skills necessary for selfsufficiency in this domain; 3. Assisting families to clean and organize their home environment, while teaching the skills necessary for self-sufficiency in this domain; 4. Demonstrating appropriate emotional self-regulation skills, assisting family members to coregulate their own emotional state, and assisting the family with gaining enhanced emotional resilience;
