Clearing: Width: Approximately twenty feet (fifteen-foot road and five-foot shoulders*). Clearing length, from Sweet Road to clearing: Approximately 450 feet. NOTE: Following clearing, the Water Department will install a water supply line from Sweet Road to clearing and will need one week to do so. Following the installation of the water line, road construction may begin. Road construction: 15 feet wide. Total length: 2,160 feet (.41 mile) Compacted item #4 material, also known as dirt item #4 crushed, crushed bank run or quarry run, resulting in a minimum four-inch base (after compaction). Exception to the four-inch minimum would be the low area toward the south end of the road; there would be a twelve-inch minimum, after compaction, base, as noted on plan; tapered as it approached existing road. Security Gate: Galvanized. Double in-ground manual swing barrier gate single leaf. Installed on the north side of access road, 20 feet south of Sweet Road. Vertical posts: six-inch OD, ¼ inch gauge or better, fill with concrete after installation. 24" x 36" concrete post footings.
