Provide construction services associated with upgrades to the existing HVAC system in the CCNY Data Center and other related work. Work includes removals of the existing system components and piping, furnishing and installation of new CRAC units with all associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical and control work, removal and replacement of the existing outdoor chiller and all associated MEP work. Work also includes partial replacement of the ceiling and raised floor tiles. Alternate bid items include installation of the spare CRAC units and Pre-Action system with all related GC and MEP work as shown on the contract documents. All work will take place in the occupied and active Data Center, which will require extensive coordination and protection of the existing equipment.
