Audits will cover, but not be limited to, the following programs: RAD PBV (135 units) Section 8 Voucher program The contractor must be either a Certified Public Accountant or a licensed or registered public accountant on or before December 31, 1970, and meet any legal requirements applicable to HHA. The audit report shall be submitted within nine months after the close of HHA’s fiscal year. The contractor will apply agreed-upon procedures, which are agreed to by the authority and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and will compare the electronic submission with the corresponding hard copy documents. Provide a report on internal controls related to the financial statements and compliance with the provisions of applicable laws, regulations, contracts, agreements and grants, noncompliance with which could have a material effect on the financial statements required by Government Auditing Standards.
