DOT is seeking proposals for a concessionaire to develop, operate, and maintain a food, beverage and/or merchandise concession (the “Concession”) at Kiosk 3 and its surrounding outdoor seating area within Fordham Plaza (“Licensed Premises”). See Exhibit A for a map of the Plaza and Licensed Premises. The operation of this Concession is intended to be of a premium quality in terms of both design and items for sale. DOT seeks a concession developed, operated, and maintained in such a manner as to increase the visual quality and ambiance of the Plaza as well as to provide a public amenity. DOT is seeking qualified individuals or entities with extensive experience in the operation of food, beverage and/or merchandise services. The Concession should enhance the ambience of the Plaza and community while providing a healthy culinary experience for the public.
