The Department of Small Business Services intends to enter into sole source negotiations to purchase the above services from New York City Economic Development Corporation. Any entity established at the direction of the City, with experience and in house expertise in the areas of maritime, aviation, rail freight, market and intermodal transportation development, or related areas of economic development, on a City wide basis, that believes that at present or in the future it can also provide this requirement is invited to so indicate by letter, which letter must also indicate its qualifications and must be received no later than 03/28/12, 2pm, to Daryl Williams ACCO, New York City Department of Small Business Services, 110 William Street, 7th Floor, New York, New York 10038. No additional specifications were given.
