• Assist CCMP Mentee Contractors to identify and meet their business development needs; • Track and report each CCMP Mentee Contractor’s participation, growth, and progress in developing their business; • Provide evaluative feedback to the City of New York regarding a CCMP Mentee Contractor’s performance and progress in developing its business; • Work with OM/WBE and City of New York consultants to assist CCMP Mentee Contractors in acquiring and increasing access to project financing and surety bonding; • Support the CCMP CM and NYC to ensure recruitment of CCMP Mentee Contractors in construction trades for Program projects; • Assist CCMP Mentee Contractors to develop viable and comprehensive business plans related to their participation in the Program; • Identify, recommend and provide specific training in areas related to business development that is tailored to each CCMP Mentee Contractor’s needs; • Work with CCMP Mentee Contractors to provide exposure and access to representatives from the various construction trade unions, associations and organizations.
