Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Cheektowaga Central School District is seeking the following consultation regarding assessing its building and grounds operation: 1. Complete an unannounced visit through buildings to assess cleanliness, condition of surfaces, bathroom cleaning and dispenser types. From this establish production rates for the purpose of defining the number of hours needed to accomplish daily and periodic cleaning. 2. Examine vendors, supplies purchased, quantity and price of goods. Document how supplies are used and the security of supply inventory. 3. Review snowplowing operation for efficiency. 4. Review grass cutting and landscaping operation for efficiency. The Cheektowaga Central School Districts main campus has fifty-two acres containing a high school, middle school and elementary school. It has an auxiliary campus with an alternative school.
