Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Mobilization; 2. Installation of Erosion and Sediment Control Measures; 3. Installation of Temporary Controls; 4. Installation Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Control Devices; 5. Site Clearing and Grubbing and Earthwork / Rock Removal/Blasting; 6. Construction of the New Frederic Church Center, of concrete, wood (including the use of mass timber), steel and glass construct ion. New facility to include the following programmatic elements: information desk, multi-purpose space, café area, restrooms, circulation, and support spaces including storage and mechanical. All exhibits shall be procured and installed under a separate con tract. Extensive coordination with these separate contracts will be required by the contractor under the direction of the Construction Manager as assigned to the Project by NYS OPRHP.; 7. Construction of associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, fire alarm, security system, IT and telecommunications wiring and equipment installation throughout the entire building.; 8. Construction of associated site utilities infrastructure, including subsurface septic disposal system, water well and associated treatment system, site electrical, storm drainage, and conduit runs for telecom and IT services.; 9. Installation of extensive landscape plantings and furnishings and exterior hardscape. Including site entrance work adjacent to the Route 9G Entrance.; 10. Sitewide wayfinding signage system (extending beyond the immediate bounds of the Frederic project site)
