The City University Construction Fund (CUCF), on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY) and through CUNY’s Office for Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management (FPCM), is soliciting bids from qualified Responders for the Roosevelt Hall Renovation Project & heating, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades at Brooklyn College. This project scope includes the renovation of select interior rooms and associated support spaces across multiple floors, including lecture halls, classrooms, computer laboratories, music rooms, locker rooms, and related ancillary spaces, encompassing an approximate total area of 23,000 SF. The scope of work also includes the provision of new HVAC systems serving the rooms within the Project scope. CUCF invites bids from firms with demonstrated experience performing similar renovation projects in occupied institutional or higher-education environments. Responders must demonstrate the technical expertise, coordination capability, and regulatory experience necessary to complete the Work efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and Contract requirements.
