Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assist in the development of marketing materials and collaborate with BNYDC’s graphic designer to drive completion. • Assist in the design and execution of marketing centers, where appropriate, to facilitate leasing tours. • Recommend additional marketing activities to increase exposure of the office availabilities within the brokerage and tenant communities. • Drive leasing activity with a heavy emphasis on office space users within the TAMI (technology, advertising, media and information) and manufacturing sectors. • Respect and center BNYDC’s goal of attracting and retaining M/WBE businesses. Respondents should have the following minimum qualifications: • licensed brokers/salespersons by the State of New York; • proven experience with NYC TAMI office leasing;
