The Emily Warren Roebling Plaza Ice-Skating Rink (the “Premises”) offers a unique opportunity to cater to a wide variety of skaters from its premier location under the Brooklyn Bridge. The Premises are located near the Pier 1 entrance to the Park, the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, Empire Stores, and some of Brooklyn’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods: Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO. The incredible views of the Lower Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor will attract patrons seeking a distinctive recreational experience.
