Specifications include, but are not limited to:These graphics will have the following objectives: Help communicate to students in their native language where common and important places are located throughout the building Celebrate the diversity of the student body and make the students feel comfortable and proud of their new school Create a sense of ownership in a unique space tailored to the needs of English language learning students Bidding companies must have a graphic design team that has resources to translate "way to signage", "floor graphics" and "wall graphics" into the following languages. English, Spanish, French, Burmese, Karen, Arabic, Somali, Spanish, Spanish Braille, English Braille, Swahili, Nepalese, Karenni, Karen and Kinarawandan Bidding companies must have graphic design capabilities and become familiar with the multi-cultural ecology needs and unique environment of the school defined by the school's administrative team. Including translation and time with school administrators, the school is looking for approximately 1700 square feet of wall and floor graphics to be designed in increments of 3 to 100 square feet. Estimating graphic design hours are estimated at 90hrs and split over the course of 10 months at the discretion of school administration. This must be bid at a flat rate and cannot be increased if design time is increased by the bidding vendor.
