The following scope of services provides a basic framework to meet DEP’s capital contract delivery program objectives and performance goals. A. For each deliverable required in this Scope of Services, the Consultant shall provide an electronic copy of all documents and versions uploaded to the appropriate folders in BEDC’s ePMIS, unless otherwise directed by DEP, or noted in this Scope of Services. The ePMIS is a web-based software package that automates workflows and manages Project documents and reports. The Consultant shall use BEDC’s ePMIS to document critical Project Management Information. B. Upon request, the Consultant shall provide one electronic version and up to three (3) hard copies of each deliverable. Each deliverable, until approved by DEP, is subject to revisions at no additional cost. C. The Consultant shall submit all, plans, reports, and memoranda required in this Scope of Services in draft and final form, including the incorporation of all finalized stakeholder comments. Draft documents shall conform with the requirements outlined in the project delivery system. Acceptance of the final draft is subject to approval by DEP and shall conform with the project delivery system and shall incorporate and address all stakeholder comments to the satisfaction of DEP. D. The Consultant shall coordinate with DEP for Project training of its personnel (if applicable) on DEP’s Web-Based BEDC Enterprise Project Management Information System and shall administer the Project using ePMIS. Representatives of DEP, the Consultant, the Construction Manager (“CM”), the construction contractor, and other stakeholders of the Project will utilize the system to efficiently facilitate communication and Project administration. The Consultant shall not invoice DEP for any ePMIS training associated with the contract resulting from this RFP.
