• Preventive maintenance, parts, labor, and repair services shall be provided and included in the annual bidded cost by the qualified contractor on all equipment and associated devices related to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and control systems as identified within the Equipment Schedules. All parts and labor shall be included, with the exception of damage caused by vandalism or misuse. • The qualified contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, parts, materials, test equipment, tools, and services in conformance with the terms and conditions as outlined below. • As part of this scope of work, the qualified contractor shall submit for evaluation a comprehensive and detailed technical and business prospectus, descriptively outlining its ability to adequately and satisfactorily perform the services as requested in this specification. • It is the intention of this document to establish and define those services that are to be performed and, in addition, to qualify the capability and experience of the qualified contractor to provide such services.
