Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all necessary computer system updates and perform and document two inspection per year, once in the summer and once in the winter, Maintenance, service and two inspections will be per year (summer and winter), 8 Hours of remote support via phone and/or internet per year. The two inspections performed per year shall include but not limited to: 1. Check main controller for errors and reset if necessary. 2. Check any sub-controllers for errors and reset if necessary. 3. Check condition of battery backup (if applicable) for controller circuit boards. 4. Routine back-up of controllers at inspection visits. 5. Check all inputs and outputs to controller. 6. Re-calibrate sensors as required. 7. Check and tighten wiring connections to controller. 8. Check all associated system devices for proper operation and adjust if necessary. 9. Reload controller programs from system backup files if memory is lost.
