The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has the need to upgrade the audio/visual presentation capabilities in the headquarters 6th floor auditorium. The system needs to accommodate different presentation formats to include classroom setting, press conferences and awards style ceremonies. The system needs to be user-friendly allowing any employee/outside entity presenting to easily have audio/video connections as well as lighting control. • Install new projector with a ceiling mount, utilizing existing screen. • Install two cameras, one facing the audience and one facing the stage • Replace two existing touch panels • Install Barco system for content casting and conference meetings • Install audio system that includes two ceiling tiles with multi-directional microphones. Install six inceiling speakers. Install one podium microphone. • Update Creston control system to integrate with existing Lutron lighting control • Utilize the existing rack and perform a complete wiring cleanup. Parts and connections must be properly labeled • Programming to configure controls, audio, video, network and conference systems and follow up support • On-site training and instructional videos • One year commercial service contract – unlimited phone and remote service and site service calls for all parts of the system. Provide and perform any firmware updates • Monroe County will be responsible for any required drywall work and painting
